I honestly don’t know what all you people hating on this record are smoking. i know i smoke pot and im enjoying it more and more every time i listen. i guess the speed doesnt go well with genious…anways Kanye has the right to do what ever he wants to do. he’s probably the most successful producers/rappers/musicians of this decade and its completely fair that he is where he is. Yeah he doesnt rap on this cd but so what? he didnt have to rap to produce alicia keys or any other masterpiece he’s produced. 808s and Heartbreak is honestly the biggest surprise of a Record all year. The whole cd has something different to offer with each track. my favorite is paranoid…the way everything kicks in your face and your just like WOW! i can’t stop listening to this great great record. Stop hating cause you are jealous you cant make something this interesting or its not “Rap” GET OVER IT!

How dare you, who have rated this lower than five stars! Seriously. The man is the speaker of our generation, and this is how you repay his efforts? He put his ALL in this CD and you can’t be nice to the guy? If this CD is so bad, how come he almost beat Jeff Dunham’s “Don’t Come Home for Christmas” CD for today’s sales on Amazon? Dunham is a tight puppeteer. He’s probably the ventriloquist of this generation.
And even if you think this CD isn’t “great,” “good” or whatever other cliche things you need a CD to be apparently, you don’t have to say it out freakin loud! If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. Either be quiet or, like Dunham, have a puppet say it somewhere.
F you all. Kanye, if you read this, keep on goin’, my man!

I bought the album earlier today and all i could think of the first couple songs it sounds like a Coldplay kinda sound with hip hop drums. Leave it to Kanye to create something so original. He easily pulls off the auto-tune. I have no problems with his singing style. I can’t say there was one song on the album i didnt like. i love “Coldest Winter” (the best lyrical song on the album) and “Paranoid” (the catchiest song). I’m lookin forward to his ‘09 album.

To some up my review of this “AMAZIN” CD called: 808s & Heartbreak..I will say this.
Kanye is not a sellout:…He wants to appeal to Different Genres and besides his Next Rap/Hip-Hop Album will be out NEXT SUMMER…
Don’t Expect Rap:…..And Don’t Review it if you don’t understand it’s Message/Content…
Reason to buy: He utilizes everything!!!…The album is great and it’s KanyeWest…..
Haters: Don’t feed off of what your friends think..And put yourself in his position and his emotions……If u understand that then u Understand Kanye West….Not just this Cd…
