I have heard both singers do this track and yes, Des’ ree has the more deep Operetic voice that just drives this track. Beyonce is nice but her voice is too light and hollow for this song. DES’ REE Owned this track!!!!

B should have left this song along she took a beautiful and pure song and messed it up ! she can sing but Des’ree did it 20 times better.Des’ree’s version was more soulful.Beyonce changed the words and made it sound like evry other love song-sorry B Des’ree wins this hands down stick to the booty shaking lol
