All strings are tuned to Db except the A string, it goes to Ab. All strings go down to there correct tuning except for the B string, it goes up to Db. That is all from standard tuning.

I know how you feel. It took hours of non stop practice to be able to sing and play. Try humming and playing first to disassociate yourself from the lyrics and what you have to do on guitar. That’s the tricky part — trying to think two things at once. If you can hum it (and focus on humming notes while playing other notes) then eventually you’ll be able to sing the words as well.
