Do you ever wonder where are the security guards to get Kanye West off the stage?
Kanye West snatched, interrupted and humiliated Taylor Swift during her speech after receiving the award. Should the security do some thing about it? What if Kanye West went nuts and killed Taylor Swift right there on the stage on live TV? Anything is possible. A sick person like Kanye could do anything including a homicide.

i seriously still think that whole thing was setup. they have to make them memorable to keep everyone watching the next year. plus. these people are singers, not actors..you can tell. theyre facial expressions were fake shocked and fake hurt.

Yeah! What a jerk! They should of came up there and kicked him out of there. Taylor Swift is a beautiful singer and she looked so upset when he did that. I wish I could of punched him in the mouth!

It looked to me like West was coming from off stage, like he was waiting to go on stage himself for some reason. Your question is a valid one in any case. Doesn’t sound like security was on the ball.

Because of his big name, they didn’t immediately react to his outburst at the awards. However, shortly after, he was asked to leave by one of the MTV higher-ups, and was escorted out by security guards. He did return for his video nomination however, but was instantly booed by the crowd.
Also, I thought it was very kind of Beyonce to let Taylor have time to give her acceptance speech. I think she felt almost as bad about the whole thing as Taylor did.

I don’t wonder, because I know. It was FAKE!!! Like many other publicity stunts in hollywood!! Verry savvy on MTVs part, stupid on the publics.

It was a publicity stunt. It was done so badly, I cannot figure how anybody fell for it.

I agree, just like any event or performance…security guards should prohibit others from going on stage. Not only did he steal Taylor’s glory, he made a fool of myself.
