Yes you’re absolutely right. I couldn’t possibly have a valid negative opinion without being jealous. Idiot. I actually love this song. And I love Amy. But her breathing is poor in this song. She may also have a very good reason for it. The point is, her training would have taught her to pull away from the mic when breathing in.

I challenge you or anyone else to make it thru that song without doing the same. Perhaps someone who is a well versed and very expeirenced full-time opera vocalist could pull it off, but few others could. And she really only does it toward the end of the song and it was obvious that, for whatever reason, the song wore her out on that day. I’ve seen her perform this and many other songs many times and not have that happen.

Yeah, I agree. For someone who is supposed to be classically trained, she breathes into the microphone and also seems to breathe from up high, not into the diaphram…
