Les Américains qui ont assisté à l’un des concerts de la tournée américaine 1969 des Stones auront vécu un moment inoubliable de leur vie.L’apotéose de cette tournée aura été les trois concerts du Madison Square Garden des 27 et 28 Novembre à New York.Get yer ya ya’s out sortira l’année suivante ;retraçant en partie les grands moments de ces trois shows.Mon Get yer ;je l’ai usé jusqu’à la corde. J’ai écouté ce disque pendant quarante ans et je pense toujours aujourd’hui que ce live est le meilleur de tous les temps
Aujour’d'hui j’ai reçu le coffret SUPER DELUXE avec vinyls,cds,dvd et affiche de la tournée et que dire ?sublime cadeau de la part des Stones qui nous balancent en plus de l’enregistrement original ,les bonus inédits en CD mais aussi en DVD.Du pain béni pour un fan des Stones !!! Prodigal son,you gotta move,under my thumb,I’m free et un Satisfaction que vous pouvez toujours essayer de le porter chez votre boucher pour le faire attendrir!!!! A noter enfin la sortie des sets de BB King et de Ike and Tina Turner ;toutes ces bandes qui n’ont pas eu la chance de sortir comme prévu à l’époque y sont dépoussiérées dans ce coffret

A nice set; hey, it’s the Stones, but Amazon has listed items that were supposed to be included, but aren’t:
“12 X 12 replica of the original 1969 tour book and poster by Grammy Award© winning artist David Byrd, whose works include the commemorative poster from the original Woodstock Festival and the historic Fillmore East posters from 1968 to 1971.”
Again, the tour book and poster are NOT included. I took 2 stars off my review. C’mon, Amazon. False advertising!

There were no surprises for me in this package. I got what I wanted and paid for. However I’ll warn potential buyers that the cover of the gatefold lp set is extremely thin and will tear very easily. I thought I was being careful and I still ended up with a tear in the cover. Handle the lps with care.

The Rolling Stones Get Yer YaYas Out has be regarded as the best live album of all time. There are other great ones but YaYas rocks from start to finish and best of all it’s pure live raw rock! This new 40th Annivesery edition sounds incriedibly better than ever. The DVD has previously unreleased tracks that never circulated before and excellent quality. Satisfaction is worth the price of this boxed set. A big advantage of getting the box set with the LPs is that you get the big booklet with it where as the CDs only comes with small booklet. The LP version is even more collectible. If you have YaYas and love it, go for this upgrade and you won’t be sorry.
