To begin, this CD has two discs (!!) and the price on Amazon is much much better than retail stores.
I am a fan of Kanye West, I enjoy hip hop, rap and R&B. I also love the old school music that inspired the young artists we listen to now, such as Al Green, Etta James, James Brown, etc. A lot of my friends are into music and in the business and they introduced me to this CD. I love it. Jay-Z and Tu-Pac also have a Gold Digging As Sampled By….
If you like Kanye, but don’t enjoy what your parents listen to, this might not be the best CD for you.
The way I see it is if a fan of Kanye West likes his music, he should also like the music that inspired the artist. And that would be this CD.
