Then some people believe they use an auto-tune pitcher. There's a plug-in called GSnap. You can use it to simulate the T-painish-Kanyeish sound you here in their songs. The one program I know you can use this plug-in, is FL Studios (aka) fruity loops ... There might be other programs you can use it in .... And here's a youtube video explaining some settings to try in FL (fruity loops) to make it sound like T-Pain.
