Pretty weird.

I can totally understand it. Think about it. She’s PAINFULLY shy. She admits this all the time. By taking on this “alter ego” she is able to get on stage and WORK IT like no other. Some people like to look at their audience as naked, she likes to pretend to be someone else. It’s acting. Nothing wrong with that.

I guess schizophrenia is the in thing to do.

Don’t really care. T.I has already used that alter ego thing to promote an album, so it’s been done before. It’s a little weird but cool at the same time, because it’s all for entertainment.

uuum i think its pretty dumb……well ciara is doin the same thing w/ her next lp. but atleast ciara has 2 sides to her. the tom boy and the sexy woman. beyonce and “sasha” lol seem like the same being instead of two distinctive characters.

I thought the whole alter ego ended with Eminem and Slim Shady but I guess not. I really like Beyonce but I really didnt think that she would really call her album after her alter ego. I know she calls herself “Sasha” when she goes on stage to help her anxiety or nervousness while on stage but I didnt know that she would go this far and announce it to the world. Beyonce is still Beyonce and whatever she decides to call herself, that is up to her.

It’s kinda weird. I mean, she is beautiful, but I never cared too much for her singing nor acting. Like some of you said, she is overrated and I think people are getting tired of her. Good luck to her.
