Im going to Nickelback Concert on monday and ive jst got my period but i dont want it heavy?
Its Friday today and i just got my period this morning that yucky gross brown shit and im going away sunday then Monday night im going to Nickelback Concert in Melbourne but i really really dont want to have a heavy super period how can i make it just have a light period?

There’s not a thing you can do to change it. It will be what it will be.
On that note, don’t ever let your period keep you from doing anything. There are bathrooms everyplace and although its an inconvenience, not much you can do.

The only thing to do to make sure it doesn’t get really heavy is birth control(its too late now for on monday though). Take midol for cramping, and try the new tampax super plus tampons, they are amazing.

This may not work lol but when I have my period I drink alot of water an it seems it makes my period lighter you could try that maybe it will work or help at least..

Wait, your started friday and your going Monday? so it would be lighter a little. wouldn’t it?
Any way I noticed when I took pain reliever for my cramps my period was way lighter.
You could try that. ?
