@eric02125
I absolutely agree with you Eric. BTW Mick Jagger flew Mick Taylor out from Los Angeles to participate in the recording of the 10 additional tracks on the 40th aniversary “Exile” CD and DVD…. Pretty cool huh?

i just think that the stones burnt out..so many albums every yr or so..big tours
i dont think any band could do that today..
and get the quality of these albums..even the recent albums..steel wheels onwoulds
are pretty good solid albums.

Jacqui White – this is one for you from Chris Harrison in Australia with memories of Lewisham in ‘79 – I will for ever remember you preparing to be someone you were not to this fantastic song. I pray you are well and different now!

I agree with dugitomi, Sammy Hagar…REALLY ? Are you high,I can’t drive 55, what a bunch of crap. Sammy or people of his irk shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as Keith and Mick Taylor. Keith is THE BEST EVER.

@divgtrslingr sorry, i no the people you mentioned but sammy hagar makes me puke. I listen to Hariprasad Chaurasia, Nikhil Banerjee, John Coltrane, Bud Powell, Ike Quebec, compositions by Villa Lobos, Debussy, songs by Abdel Gadir Salim, and the Rolling Stones, the New Barbarians and Xpensive Winos (i like Mr. Richards and think he is the greatest rock musician ever). I’m 50 years old and started listening to Little Richard when I was 2 years old before I could talk. Chickenfoot is not for me.

@divgtrslingr do you mean the unheralded Chickenshack with Stan Webb and a couple of other guys about 40 years ago? They did an amazing version of ‘If I were a Carpenter’ (skilled tradesperson, not lame brother and sister pop duo). I’ve never heard of Chickenfoot, but if they can fit in the same sentence with Hendrix, I would like to hear them. Chickenshack, the original incarnation with Stan Webb, was so under-rated.

You amuse, divgtrslingr.

Here’s a gift for you. Call 1-800-969-NHMA. The call is free. Someone is there to talk with you, to help you. Yet, you must make the first move and call. Your mommy and daddy shall thank you. If you have any, your friends shall thank you as well.

Oh, and there’s but one T in maggot. It must suck suffering from a mediocre IQ.

@divgtrslingr Yet you have it all wrong. Flaws are in the eye of the beholder. Perfection rests within whenever you awaken to it.
