A 90-minute program, “Paul McCartney In Performance At The White House — Library of Congress Gershwin Award” will air on PBS stations in the U.S. at 8 p.m. ET July 28.The show will feature Paul McCartney being honored with the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song at the White House. When Paul starts singing Beatles anthems, the atmosphere is amazing, beyond anything I have ever experienced. the crowd are alway having fun and singing along, its incredible. The only comparison I can think of to Sir Paul, is probably Freddie Mercury, who knew how to get the crowd involved. Those artists are better live, whereas Jackson is better at home, where you can see him perform. Jacksons shows doesn’t come close to Sir Paul, in large arenas, mainly because he was a visual performer.

When you are standing at the back of 90.000 people, and you can barely even see the stage, I think you’ll find that its definitely the music, that entertains the crowd!!
I have seen Jackson perform live at Wembley, which is more than most of his so called fans have seen. He entered the show, in a capsule time machine, i also remember being entertained during billie Jean. Apart from that i found mimed versions of earth song and tanks/soldiers on the stage very dull and boring!!

haha that is ridiculous its a joke you have to dance to entertain the crowd one of the most stupid and ridiculous comments i have ever come across more people are impressed dancing these days than singing(which the beatles werent good at) simply because the dancing is a better quality than the singing is god you must have stayed in the 60s in beatlemania
