Switchfoot – Revenge

As I like to say, “It’s the greatest song from their latest album.” Even though it’s technically not on it. Ever since first listening to it, I have been infatuated with it, and its story and concept. So much so, that I wanted to share my “vision” with the world. Myself not having much directorial experience, and Micah wanting more, we decided on Micah as the Director, and me as the Producer. In other words, it’s still my vision, but as interpreted through his lens. So after 4 hours of filming, 14 minutes of actual footage, and 6.5 hours of editing we present: “Revenge” by ColdShoulder Productions. @powellsk8r264 supposedly, a ninja might. they’re supposed to be sneaky, and bare feet are very sneaky.

i like this song and have never heard it till today sad thing is i got oh gravity when it came out and i guess i over looked that little paper guess i was to excite to listen to the songs… lol

07umi, get your facts straight before you accuse somebody.
This was a bonus song that came with Oh! Gravity. For about the first year or so, the CD came with a little slip of paper that said go to a certain website to download a bonus song called “Revenge.” This is obviously that song.
And Jon also did another version of it for his solo EPs.

this song is done by jon foreman (singer of switchfoot) solo. it was a special little bonus on oh gravity, I’m pretty sure

….there is no song named Revenge on Oh! Gravity….I dont think they even have a song called that….Its a good song but it might be a good idea to make sure you know how its by before you put something like this up….

Not trying to “spread” anything – just making clarification for those who were uninformed or confused. My statements are factual – there are 2 versions of this song, and I never stated that Jon wasn’t with the band, that he just had a solo project. “Hello Hurricane” comes out on November 10th and yes, I have pre-ordered, Maybe those of us who did will get another free download.

Actually no, Jon Foreman sings a version of this song, but THIS song IS by Switchfoot.

he didn’t really seperate he just did his own album but he’s still definitley a part of Swithfoot. Actually their new album “Hello Hurricane” is coming out in the fall of 2009

I like Jon’s solo version better. This is a bit too fast for the song… It’s real good but I prefer Jon’s solo version off the Summer(?) ep.
