it was blackout. all there verses were crazy, but jay jus killed it. “i sleep cold winters, wake up an spit summers. ghetto nigga, puttin up will smith numbers” sick. “i jus circle round the block. tellem jump through the top, where the sunroof used to be. i can see yall not used to me” to me, jays verse was way better than the rest. jus my opinion

Yeah. You may be right about that one. On Reservoir Dogs (Hard Knock Life), it was (in this order) Sheek, Beanie Sigel, Jadakiss, Sauce Money, Styles P, and Jay. All of those verses were lethal.

Really now? I listened to “Blackout” from DMX’s second album a bunch of times, and they all flowed in this order: Jadakiss, Sheek, Styles Jay-Z, and then DMX. Jay-Z had the best verse on the song, but DMX came out the gate last.

thats true sometimes, but this is TIs song. ofcourse he went last. u cant let someone else go last if its ur song. DMX made that mistake with blackout. he let jay go last an jays verse was better than anyone else on that song.
