The follow-up to their Multi-Platinum Debut Featuring the hit single “Call Me When You’re Sober”Amazon.com
There’s nothing like a breakup to focus your muse. This follow-up to the stunning, multi-platinum Fallen was penned as singer Amy Lee’s troubled romance with bandmate Ben Moody was spiraling out of control, impelling her to craft an anxious record full of recriminations, revelation, and self-flagellation, as she questioned everything that kept her whole… More >>

KUDOS! to the worst band on the planet, for releasing another album. What took them so long to give us another album. With such brilllent song writing and musicans, I can see why it took them long to collabrate these tracks. What a waste of studio time. When I previewed this a thought i cant continue, I am getting very sleepy…zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Just as empty and generic as their previous album. Decided to give it a listen because of some insane impulse to give this band another chance. I said it once and I’ll say it again: being able to sing loudly does not make you talented. Amy Lee’s voice is still highly overrated, the music is still terrible, and the lyrics are completely uninspired (I don’t know what’s worse, the deviantART-like suburban teenage angst lyrics on Fallen or spoon feeding the listener like the lyrics on this album do). At least now there’s not the whole “oh, we might be Christian but then again no” garbage. However, the brownie points awarded for that are taken away in surplus because of the way they butchered my favorite Mozart song in Lacrymosa. Way to go, guys!

What it comes down to: this band fails at having decent, or even acceptable, vocals, instrumentation, or lyrics. This album really isn’t worth your time or your money, unless cheap pop is your thing, in which case you will love this album to pieces. Oh, and I’d also recommend the likes of Linkin Park to you too. Have fun with your hollow nu-metal.

Item received promptly. I have played the CD both on my home theatre system and in my automobile. The songs are great but poor recording quality.

thank you for the opportunity to review the product.
