Why are people making such a huge deal about Kanye West v. Taylor Swift fiasco at the MTV awards?
I don’t exactly like Kanye West, to be honest, and I do think it was wrong on his part to do what he did. His etiquette faux pas was just that, and while it might have been fun to comment on the next day, are we not overdoing it by now? Celebrities aren’t exactly known for propriety, especially Kanye West. So why is everybody so shocked and apalled when stuff like this happens every day in Hollywood?

I’ve never witnessed an award ceremony interrupted by a jackass like that. That kind of behavior doesn’t happen every day. It was the epitome of disrespect. That’s why it’s a big deal.
Kanye needs to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around him.

I know what you mean. After a day or 2 I get sick of hearing about it. Same as Michale Jackson’s death. I think they should just let him rest in peace and drop all the rumors and crap.

I think it is more shocking that this waste of a person is still being sold in stores. He should be taught a lesson, and boycotted by major companies. I can’t stand this “voice of a generation” egotistical bastard. He should have been removed and banned for acting the way he did.

I’m tired of it. That nite was dedicated to MJ not some stupid thing like that. Yea it was disrespectful, but we need to move on that’s not what we need to be thinking about. It happens. Its small compared to other stuff. I agree with you. We need to give that nite a rest. Its over…
